The daily life of the Missionary Benedictine Sisters consists of one act of worship--prayer, work, leisure, and service to others.

Community prayer is integral to the life of a Missionary Benedictine Sister. Thus the daily schedule is arranged to punctuate the day with prayer, both in common and in private. The sisters worship God, pray for the many needs of the world, and endeavor to lead a life of unceasing prayer.
